In today’s ever-evolving real estate landscape, understanding and embracing diversity is key to expanding business opportunities and fostering inclusive communities. This course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and strategies needed to effectively engage with diverse populations while upholding fair housing principles. Participants will have actionable strategies to expand their reach, foster inclusivity, and successfully market to diverse homebuyers while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
This course also satisfies the 1 hour of Fair Housing requirement.
This course has been APPROVED by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education and 1 hour of Fair Housing.
