This course will cover many essential topics relevant to real estate professionals in Minnesota. Risk management strategies are now more important than ever. Students will learn how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with real estate transactions. They will leave understanding legal obligations, disclosure requirements, and best practices that will help in their day-to-day business. Risk management involves identifying and addressing potential risks in real estate for the consumer and the licensee. Additionally, student will explore the licensing process for real estate salespersons and brokers in Minnesota. They will leave with a clearer understanding of application procedures, renewal requirements, and compliance with state regulations.
There will be a test at the end of this class. The test must be passed to get CE credit.
