Julia Lashay Israel is a globally recognized speaker, TEDx presenter, and thought leader with over 23 years of experience inspiring leaders to foster inclusion and drive organizational growth. Known for her dynamic style, Julia has graced premier stages, including the 2022 REALTOR® Conference & Expo, and has been featured in Inman News and REALTOR® Magazine. She co-hosts The Color of Money podcast, empowering audiences to build wealth through
financial literacy.
Julia’s accolades include being named one of Texas’s Top 100 Most Influential People in 2022, receiving the 2020 Exceptional Service Award and the 2021 Go Getter Award, and earning recognition as a RISMedia Newsmaker in 2021, 2023 and 2025.
Her journey, however, is as inspiring as her achievements. Julia has faced profound challenges, including the loss of a child to cancer during a difficult divorce and the incarceration of her son. Battling grief, depression, and loneliness, she transformed her pain into purpose, becoming a beacon of hope and strength for others.
Despite these personal trials, Julia excelled professionally, leading Inclusion and Belonging efforts for the world’s largest real estate franchise. Overseeing initiatives across 800 franchises in 58 countries, she has championed equity and created meaningful change in the industry.
