The Color of Real Estate

The Color of Real Estate takes an in-depth look at the history of practices and policies that have contributed to today’s homeownership gap. You’ll learn how to create a lasting impact in society and in your real estate business by implementing diverse business strategies that ensure fair housing for all. Walk away with a better understanding of the importance of our role as REALTORS.

Program Objectives:

• Identify and understand unconscious bias.
• Learn how the history of government practices has contributed to today’s housing disparities.
• Define our role as REALTORS.
• Identify resources and skills to ensure fair housing and expand your business reach.

Due to the high volume of attendees, this presentation will be produced as a Zoom webinar. This course will require submitting two code words upon conclusion in order to qualify for CE credit.

CE Logistics (Please read):

• This livestream webinar is certified for 1 hour of real estate credit, DE & I Certification course credit.
• Active participation will be monitored using codewords, which will be shared during the program for attendees to report afterwards.
• Per ODRE requirements, you must be present for 90% of the program to receive credit.
