The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market.
After completing this course, you can apply for the AHWD Certification with NAR (if you chose to do so) which does have a one time application fee of $79. Click here to view more information about the certification.
This course has been APPROVED by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for 7 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education including 1 hour of Fair Housing.
This course is APPROVED for NAR’s required 2 hrs of Fair Housing
