James Shaw is the Founder of Pivot: SHIFT Ahead and is a member of the KWU International Master Faculty. In his 19 years with Keller Williams, James has been an agent, Team Leader, Regional Leader, OP, BOLD Coach and MAPS Coach. He was the Team Leader of the Northwest Tampa Market Center —the most profitable Market Center in the South Florida Region from 2012-2016.
He joined Keller Williams in 2005 as a member of the Jana Caudill Team in Crown Point, Indiana. That team was #1 in closed units in all of Keller Williams in 2006.
